Brad Dunnington is a seasoned business leader with a passion for helping others succeed. He helps business owners and CEO's with a wide range of challenges from leadership development, strategic planning and business scaling to succession planning, exit strategy development and execution. By encouraging his clients to embrace continuous personal growth and improvement, he helps them realize their success.


Brad's career has included leadership roles in several start-up ventures, rapid growth mid-size firms as well as Fortune 100 Firms. At GE, Brad led their Automotive Lighting Business. At Victoria's Secret, Brad guided the development of Limited Brand's first Data Warehouse and Executive Information System. Brad has led privately held enterprises in industries as diverse as software, media, publishing, wholesale distribution, construction and manufacturing.


Brad's clients are Owners and CEO's of businesses ranging in size from $5-$500 million in revenue. Brad serves as a Director and Advisor on the Boards of numerous privately held companies. Brad is also the Managing Partner of KGC Ventures, investing in early stage clean technology companies. Brad holds an undergraduate degree from Capital University and a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Baldwin-Wallace College.
